IS THIS LEGAL?
Yes. In Ontario, it is legal for any adult over the age of 19 to consume and share up to 30 grams of cannabis with another adult . Our Budtenders facilitate and elevate the gifting process. Your event must be held in a private home or a 420 friendly venue. We are fully insured and can provide up to 5 million in coverage upon request.
HOW CAN I MODERATE CONSUMPTION?
We offer a system similar to drink tickets to ensure cannabis consumption is moderated. This way you control how much your guest can indulge.
Have underaged guests? We provide wristbands for an extra level of precaution.
WHAT IS YOUR FINANCIAL POLICY?
To book Bud Buffet, we ask for a 30% deposit and the remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your event date. If your booking is less than 30 days before the event date, the full payment outlined in the contract is due upfront. We accept refunds up to 7 days beofre your event date. We accept CASH, EMT, PAYPAL, PAYBRIGHT, AND ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS
